ANNE SENGER (NEE ROEMER)
1913 - 2010
Anne Senger passed away peacefully at home while surrounded by the love of her family on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at the age of 97 years. Anne was born in Herbert, SK., on January 26, 1913, and was the last surviving member of her family. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Audrey (Mike) Clegg of Nanaimo, B.C.; daughter-in-law, Elaine Senger of Calgary; daughter, Joan (John) Palardy of Olds; daughter, Carol (Emery) Watz of Calgary; son, Bob (Gail) Senger of Calgary as well as 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Anne was predeceased by her son, Gerald and a daughter-in-law, Lorna (Haynes) Senger. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church at a later date. Announcements with the date and time will be made in the days prior to the Mass. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Anne’s name may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, 102 Crestwood Square One, 1865 Dunmore Rd., S.E., Medicine Hat, AB., T1A 1Z8.
